FAQ

FAQ

Is this suitable for beginners

Yes. It is adjustable for all levels. You'll just need to start off a little more slowly.

How long until I see results?

For most users with anything from average to poor flexibility it is common to see improvements as early your first session.

For advanced users it is common to see improvements in your weakest positions within the first few weeks.

What makes the Strexi different?

Unlike static stretching, the Strexi builds both flexibility and strength.

In addition the combination of the skate, adjustable safety strap and resistance bands allows you to set your perfect stretch length, then under control glide out into your split positions. The resistance bands then allow you to contract your legs back together, doing a style of stretching called PNF. PNF stretching is the fastest and most effective stretch method currently known.
