Strength AND Flexibility!

This stretching device is awesome! I love that you can tailor the experience to your level, build strength at the same time as increasing your flexibility. Its so great to see a stretching device that focuses as much on the strength and control of it as the flexibility, because thats how you get flexy fast and safe.

Being a personal trainer for 15 years, I’ve had the chance to try just about every mobility method out there.
